The morning...
Becky and Jason chose Holland Hall, North West for their wedding day. An original Grade II listed building that dates back to the 17th Century. Situated within 2 and a half acres of land it has a host of different wedding rooms so you can find the one that best suits your needs.
Becky chose to get ready at the venue allowing her access to the stunning bridal suit. Her morning was spent with her mum and her bridesmaids eating special wedding day cupcakes and getting ready for the day ahead. Jason sent a surprise message to Becky on her new iPad which started off with her in tears that quickly turned into tears of laughter from his hilarious end to the video.
The service...
The wedding service was beautifully intimate with a live duo performing as Becky walked down the aisle with Jason beaming a smile the entire time. The service was full of smiles and had some lovely readings from Becky's friends and family.
The reception...
After the service, we made our way into the February weather which was being real generous and not too cold while we took the family snaps with the lovely green backdrop of the fields and trees. The reception is the perfect time to capture natural moments between guests enjoying themselves and also a great time to get couples portraits done before the wedding breakfast. The rain tried to appear when we headed out but we managed to get all that we want and using the umbrella actually allowed for a different look.
The speeches and evening reception...
The wedding speeches are another great opportunity to capture people being themselves. The speeches started with some heart felt memories to bring the tears followed by some hilarious moments shared at Jason's expense! They had the room in floods of laughter and went down a storm! The speeches finished with a lovely video made up photo moments from Becky and Jason's younger years.
The evening dancing didn't take long to get underway with the large brass band bringing everyone to their feet to party until late into the evening! It was a great evening with plenty of wacky dance moves finished off with a sparkler sendoff outside of the venue.
