Rachel and Stephen's wedding this summer was so much fun and the fact that they Harry Potter table names made it even more amazing for me! (My Deathly Hallows tattoo is usually spotted at weddings).
Their wedding started off with plenty of laughter and tears when the secret gifts arrived from Stephen for Rachel. It was an awesome moment to capture. The service took place at the stunning St Josephs church in Leigh before heading to one of my favourite venues, Ashfield House. Situated in Standish Wigan, Ashfield house is the perfect place for wedding photography with natural spaces that allow you to create the wedding you want. The staff are super friendly and helpful with amazing food. The grounds allow you to enjoy your wedding inside or out and give you plenty of photo opportunities!
Although the rain came and went throughout the day we still managed to make the most of the dry spells to capture some lovely portraits outside and even had the time to have a few shots with close family and friends on the vintage bus that took everyone from the church to the reception.
The evening entertainment came from John Norcott, a super talented wedding singer who puts on one hell of a show! He had the whole dance floor going and even threw some shapes himself getting stuck in with the party.
