Well wedding season is in full swing and I'm pretty much shooting weddings every weekend now for the next couple of months which is crazy and super exciting! When I'm not capturing, editing or meeting couples you'll find me out with the pooch catching Pokemon... Trust me, when you spend 8 hours sat editing a game that gets you out and active is a blessing!!
I recently shot a wedding at the stunning Gibbon Bridge with editing well underway! It was a super fun day and I got to catch up with Tim who shot mine and Emma's wedding as he was a guest! We've been meaning to have a catch up so was nice to have a quick natter while the wedding breakfast was being served. If you're looking for a wedding venue with stunning views then be sure to check it out! I'll be posting the gallery online soon :D
During the week myself and Emma got to play dress up and pose for a friend of mine who wanted to do a styled shoot at Bolton School Arts Centre that is a hidden gem of a venue with a Hogwarts vibe (for anyone planning a Harry Potter themed wedding). The sun was beaming and we got to have loads of fun outside and in while having a catch up and talking about wedding photography.
On Saturday I shot another wedding with the service in Bolton before heading over to The Lowry for the reception. It was a stunning day with 140 day guests so the party certainly didn't stop!! It was lots of fun and was a first time for me at the Lowry so I can't wait to get cracking on with the photos and to share their gallery! Here's a little shot below as the Bride and Groom walked to the church gardens for drinks and laughter!
